      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of The Vice President (VP), Depositary Governance & Regulatory Supervision (DGRS) to join our Trustee and Depositary team. This role is located in Luxembourg – HYBRID.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Interact with Clients, service providers, counterparties and Auditors to build and maintain strong relationships
      • Act as the TD representative in clients’ meetings in case of escalation
      • Accountable for building a strong Operating Model
      • Responsible for the oversight of the depositary activity through management controls
      • Interact with Clients, service providers, counterparties and Auditors to build and maintain strong relationships
      • Support the implementation of new risk-based approach aligned with the book of business
      • Follow, and enhance the procedures and controls designed to ensure activity is performed according to regulatory requirements
      • Pro-active participation in team meetings and providing training to other team members
      • Identify and implement training on regulatory changes
      • Oversight the outsourcing model, to ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting
      • Assist and contribute whenever required to all other depositary tasks allocated to him/her
      • Ensure the issuance of the regulatory reporting (SAQ, Survey etc)
      • Manage audit, compliance and CSSF onsite inspections
      • Manage in full autonomy all assigned tasks

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • University degree. Preferably Business administration, Law, or similar subject.
      • Any additional qualifications in financial markets will be a plus. (Masters, Diploma, etc)
      • 7 years of experience in the Fund Industry is required – experience in audit (BIG 4)
      • Excellent knowledge in Real Estate and Private Equity
      • Perfect command of English. Any additional languages would be considered as an advantage
      • Strong knowledge of the UCITS and AIFM laws and regulations
      • Strong analytical, communication and organization skills (both verbal and written)
