What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct individual needs assessments for victims/survivors of alcohol and drugged driving incidents to provide emotional support and referrals
- Develop and implement tailored case management action plans, including crisis intervention and grief support assistance
- Conduct community needs assessments and create outreach strategies to connect with victims and survivors
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with Victim Services initiatives
- Maintain accurate case records and statistical information in compliance with organizational standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice) with at least one year of experience in victim advocacy or grief support
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
- Reliable transportation for court attendance and a flexible schedule
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in victim advocacy specifically related to case management or grief support for bereaved individuals
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry into online systems
