What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct individual needs assessments on victims/survivors of alcohol and drugged driving crashes for emotional support and referrals
- Create and implement tailored case management action plans, including grief support assistance and crisis intervention
- Conduct community needs assessments to develop and implement victim services, programs, and outreach strategies
- Establish and utilize a network of key individuals in legal, medical, and social service systems to assist victims/survivors
- Maintain accurate case records, statistical information, and grant reports as per standards and guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice) with at least one year of experience in victim advocacy or grief support work
- Reliable transportation for court attendance and a flexible schedule
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with command of the English language
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with basic record-keeping abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in victim advocacy or grief support work specifically for bereaved individuals due to death
- Previous experience in grant writing and reporting
