The role

Join our Internal Communications team as a Video Editing & Graphic Design Intern and help us craft engaging content that connects and inspires our colleagues.

In this role, you’ll use your creativity and technical skills to support internal campaigns, create compelling visuals and bring our communications to life across various platforms.

A typical day may include the below; however, is not intended to be all-inclusive. The Internal Communications Video Editing & Graphic Design Intern may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit videos for internal communications, including campaigns, announcements and events.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visual assets aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to brainstorm creative ideas for videos and designs.
• Assist in producing presentation materials, newsletters and other internal communication tools.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to enhance the effectiveness of internal messaging.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Audiovisual Communication/Graphic Design/Fine Arts/Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your video editing and/or graphic design work is preferred.
• Fluently speak and write in English.
