What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-user support and training services for Video Collaboration (VC) systems to the user community
- Develop User Guides, Cheat Sheets, and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) for VC systems
- Assist in troubleshooting user issues during virtual meetings
- Apply fundamental concepts on technical assignments under supervision
- Perform practical work that requires experience and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years
- Familiarity with Video Collaboration (VC) systems
- Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
