What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle villa leads and provide exceptional customer service in accordance with sales guidelines
- Identify customer requirements and make recommendations based on product and destination expertise
- Coordinate with villa suppliers to confirm availability and process reservations
- Inform customers of terms and conditions and recommend trip protection
- Input reservations and ensure accurate collection of customer information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel industry
- Strong knowledge of luxury vacation destinations such as France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, and the Caribbean
- Motivated to sell and ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with internet and Microsoft applications
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection
- Flexible, full-time availability including weekends
