What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor a variety of social channels to attract and onboard trending evergreen viral videos with a high potential to sell
- Identify and onboard Filmers/Creators who have the potential to upload videos regularly
- Foster a positive experience for Filmers while representing the employer
- Independently reach out to Filmers using methods such as email, DMs, and WhatsApp
- Stay updated on social media platforms, viral trends, and compelling user-generated content (UGC)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Good understanding of social media platforms and viral trends
- Knowledge of the creator economy and what constitutes compelling UGC
- Ability to work independently and reach out to Filmers
- Resourceful, optimistic, tenacious, and confident with an entrepreneurial mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in content discovery or similar roles
- Familiarity with various outreach methods and social media engagement strategies
