      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver engaging sales presentations using screen-sharing technology to convert prospective owners
      - Build and maintain relationships with potential owners through follow-ups on referrals and leads
      - Answer owner inquiries regarding properties, pricing, and amenities while monitoring satisfaction
      - Customize sales presentations based on the needs of prospective owners to ensure a tailored experience
      - Oversee the sales contract process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Proficiency in English; additional language may be required for certain positions
      - Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook and Teams
      - Active and in-good-standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
      - Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of related experience in sales
