What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective owners using screen-sharing technology
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, following up on leads and referrals
- Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate upcoming promotions to owners
- Customize sales presentations based on the needs of prospective owners
- Complete the sales contract process, ensuring all required paperwork is accurately processed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in English; additional language may be required for certain positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Teams
- Must maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

- One year of related experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with virtual sales methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service
