What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience as an Online Business Manager (a plus)
- Experience as a project manager (a plus)
- Experience working with authors (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of reiki or spiritual healing (a plus)
- Familiarity with Shopify and Google Suite platforms
- Availability to work 10 hours per week with flexibility for growth
