What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the intake of new evaluation referrals and send intake forms via email
- Schedule clients for evaluation appointments and send appointment reminders
- Organize files in Google Drive and assist with onboarding new therapists and clients
- Make follow-up calls and send follow-up emails as needed
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Strong grammar and writing skills
- Intuitive organization and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge or experience with a clinical psychologist
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Simple Practice, Quickbooks, and SharePoint
