- Utilize platforms such as Close for managing leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum experience in sales or business development
- Knowledge of real estate is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor
- Highly professional and intuitively organized
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
