What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with clinical psychology or working with children with disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or Individualized Development Plans (IDPs) is advantageous
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a self-starter

- Previous experience in a virtual assistant role
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
