      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Screen inbound candidates and evaluate resumes to identify suitable matches for open positions
      - Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
      - Perform research on permits, licensing requirements, and tax laws for compliance
      - Take accurate notes during meetings and interviews, correcting any errors in documentation
      - Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce services and schedule follow-up appointments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative assistant or recruitment role
      - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Strong research skills and ability to analyze and interpret regulatory information
      - Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document signing
      - Experience with cold calling and setting appointments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Indeed Employer and experience in mass marketing email
      - Experience navigating employee portals/worksites
      - Proficient in Gmail and Monday.com
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and proactively
