      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties and support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately capture and input information into the company database
      - Maintain up-to-date filing systems and manage contact lists
      - Schedule meetings and book travel accommodations
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to emails and phone calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant within a BPO preferred
      - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment
      - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
