      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately capture and input information into the company database
      - Maintain up-to-date filing systems and manage a contact list
      - Schedule meetings and book travel arrangements as needed
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to emails and phone calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
      - Wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20Mbps or higher

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately at 20+ words per minute
      - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
