      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties efficiently and accurately
      - Capture and input information into the company database
      - Maintain and update filing systems and contact lists
      - Schedule meetings and book travel arrangements
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders through emails and phone calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
      - Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection (minimum download speed of 20 Mbps)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a team-based environment
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (minimum 20 words per minute)
      - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
