      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately capture and input information into the company database
      - Schedule meetings, book travel, and manage a contact list
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to emails and phone calls
      - Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information and follow departmental policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to maintain a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
