      Imagine being a vital part of our Virtual Assistant Service, serving businesses in the United States and Canada. We focus on providing top-notch professionalism and customer service. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you'll support various clients, allowing them to focus on their core businesses while you keep the wheel turning. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, we offer flexible schedules to accommodate your administrative skills. Administrative experience is required.

      So, what's a typical day like for our Virtual Administrative Assistant? It's a mix of tasks – managing emails and calendars, assisting with client communication, handling documents, offering billing support, and occasionally stepping into the shoes of a personal assistant (scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and more).

      In addition, you'll have the exciting opportunity to assist executives and business leaders, enhancing their efficiency and contributing to the overall success of their businesses. Additional responsibilities may include:

      · Email and calendar management
      · Client management
      · Document management
      · Billing support
      · Research
      · Personal assistant (scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, etc.)

      Requirements

      • This is a 1099 position. You will NOT be W2. You must reside in PA, TX, AZ, NV, or FL to apply.
      • Availability during regular business hours (5am-5pm PST)
      • Competence in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Zoom, Canva, and other relevant tools.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
      • Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, appointments, and virtual files efficiently.
      • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom for remote communication.
      • Strong internet research skills to gather information on various topics as needed.
      • The ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
      • Understanding and commitment to maintaining confidentiality, especially when dealing with sensitive information.
      • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements.
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
      • A stable and reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and access to online tools.
      • Adequate computer equipment (laptop or desktop), a quiet workspace, and necessary peripherals for efficient virtual work
      • 2-years of administrative experience required
      • Virtual work experience preferred
