      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform various administrative duties and support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately capture and input information into the company database
      - Maintain and update filing systems and manage contact lists
      - Schedule meetings and book travel accommodations as needed
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to emails and phone calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      - High-speed wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately at 20+ words per minute
