      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the executive team
      - Accurately capture and input various forms of information into the company database
      - Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and communications with stakeholders
      - Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information
      - Create presentations and prepare customer spreadsheets as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
      - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) and have a wired, high-speed internet connection (download speed of 20Mbps+)
