      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct market research and develop acquisition plans/strategies to support business development efforts
      - Assist in the proposal development process, ensuring compliance and coordinating activities related to proposals
      - Provide recruiting support by sourcing candidates and conducting initial phone screens and video interviews
      - Maintain financial records, prepare invoices, and generate financial reports
      - Manage the CEO’s professional and personal affairs, ensuring effective information flow and decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Understanding of full Business Development Lifecycle management
      - Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and advanced knowledge of Excel
      - Excellent communication and written skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in proposal management and development processes
      - Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques for recruitment
      - Previous experience in accounting or finance roles
      - Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize effectively
      - Knowledge of government contracting and industry partner relationships
