What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform various administrative duties to support the executive team
- Accurately input and maintain information in the company database
- Manage scheduling, including meetings and travel arrangements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through emails and phone calls
- Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20 Mbps or higher
