      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle virtual teller transactions, including account maintenance, deposits, and withdrawals via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)
      - Provide overrides for client requests that exceed the authority of the Virtual Banker
      - Serve as a resource for questions about products, services, and procedures
      - Conduct training and ongoing coaching for Virtual Bankers to enhance client service skills
      - Ensure the functionality of ITM machines and manage service requests for repairs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
      - Must have experience with internet, mobile apps, and navigating software platforms
      - Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact positively with clients
      - Proficiency in data entry and following detailed instructions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center or banking environment is advantageous
      - Familiarity with banking products and services
      - Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
      - Experience in training or coaching others in a professional setting
      - Knowledge of quality assurance processes related to customer service
