What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clarity to customers on banking products
- Seek sales opportunities and promote products and services
- Initiate and maintain customer contact

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Proficiency with large server-based applications and desktop software
- Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships
