      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage client banking relationships with an advice-based approach to provide tailored products and services
      - Engage and educate customers, establishing trust and building lasting relationships
      - Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts for specialized financial needs
      - Proactively address potential issues to enhance the client experience
      - Share and set up self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial services with a track record of client acquisition and relationship management
      - High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
      - Strong financial planning skills and adherence to banking regulations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Availability to work during Virtual Branch hours, including weekends and evenings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree or military equivalent
      - Experience working with affluent clients
      - Strong commitment to a long-term career within the firm
