      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage assigned customers and proactively engage with them virtually to build lasting relationships and tailor financial solutions
      - Share and set up self-service options to enhance customer convenience, providing access to accounts 24/7
      - Partner with financial specialists to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs
      - Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
      - Demonstrate excellent communication skills while educating customers about financial products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management
      - High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
      - Ability to work Virtual Bank hours, including weekends and some evenings
      - Completion of the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, and state registration within 180 days of starting the role
      - Adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements
