      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve complex vendor issues by analyzing and addressing payment processing challenges
      - Optimize payment success rates and revenue by identifying vendor bottlenecks
      - Maintain and enhance vendor knowledge base to ensure accurate payment processing guidelines
      - Recommend and implement best practices for vendor preferences and operational improvements
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to refine workflows and enhance vendor payment experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2+ years of experience with payment processing or payment operations, or a Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience
      - Experience using multi-channel telephony technologies, such as chat, web portal, and phone
      - Strong research skills and tenacity in uncovering the root cause of payment exceptions
      - Demonstrated leadership skills to develop and motivate a high-performing team
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with G-Suite or advanced Excel functions
      - Proven ability to inspire and lead a team in a challenging environment
