What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Plus messages and handle telephone encounters to facilitate efficient patient care
- Assist the call center nurse in providing patients with necessary information for scheduled visits
- Support providers with patient care and administrative tasks during night clinic hours
- Help with post-discharge appointments, referrals, and durable medical equipment (DME) orders
- Collect discharge records, medical histories, and treatment plans as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Medical Assistant Certificate or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- 1-2 years of related experience required (may include internship/externship experience)
- Proficiency with computers and software, along with strong communication skills

- Previous experience working in a community-based health center or similar setting
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
