What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to telephone calls from members regarding medical and administrative requests
- Document all calls and requests in the appropriate system
- Follow up on telephonic and electronic messages related to member requests
- Monitor electronic messaging and respond effectively to resolve patient concerns
- Direct messages and transfer calls to LPN/RN as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
