      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and operate the Virtual Care Program in a remote environment
      - Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and office staff
      - Ensure timely acquisition of authorizations and maintain knowledge of healthcare billing trends
      - Create daily team coverage schedules and prepare necessary departmental materials
      - Support staff training and onboarding, ensuring they can effectively carry out their responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree in Healthcare Administration
      - Minimum of two years of medical office experience preferred
      - At least one year of supervisory experience
      - Ability to manage multiple electronic systems efficiently
      - Strong organizational skills to maintain files and documents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an oncology or hematology clinic environment
      - Familiarity with compliance programs and healthcare regulations
      - Knowledge of virtual care program operations
      - Proficiency in designing and implementing office policies and procedures
      - Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
