What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide program coordination for virtual care programs within the Department of Psychiatry
- Support leadership in the development of new virtual care clinical programs using project management skills
- Offer administrative support for ongoing clinical programs, including organizational and operational tasks
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Dedicate significant time to support the IMPACTT-NC virtual clinic and its operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in program coordination or administrative support within a healthcare setting
- Ability to manage documentation and operational tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with virtual care programs or telehealth services
- Knowledge of mental health services, particularly for children and youth
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and documentation standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Background in psychiatric care or related fields
