What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide patient care in accordance with nursing practice act, protocols, and standards
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of all phases of burn care
- Communicate effectively with patients and demonstrate patient-centered behaviors
- Work variable hours including holidays and weekends
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Current, valid RN license or temporary RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing or valid Compact RN license
- Current healthcare provider BLS certification
- Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire/placement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
- Confident with technology, including electronic medical record and video encounters
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients with serious health conditions and barriers to care
