What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct client onboarding and end-user meetings
- Lead technical discussions with clients and the engineering team
- Create and review technical project plans

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems
- Fundamental understanding of server technologies, firewalls, switches, and networking technologies
- Tenured experience in client management, IT management, or related field
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Virtual CIO or IT Director
- Managed services experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience with cloud solutions such as Office365 and Azure
