      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Retain business customers by growing accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone
      - Make outbound calls to meet sales quota metrics and prepare necessary sales documentation
      - Develop customer relationships through regular communication, driving sales growth and account retention
      - Accurately document conversations and contact information in the client management system
      - Minimize customer downgrades or cancellations, ensuring a high level of service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a monitored environment
      - Must reside in Comcast's Central Division, covering specific states
      - Demonstrated ability to adapt and solve problems effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
      - Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Excellent communication and persuasion skills
