We're currently looking for a Virtual Customer Sales & Satisfaction Agent (VCSSA) to join our team. The primary role of the VCSSA is to answer incoming calls from our national customer base and represent our 36 retail store locations. The VCSSA assists with all store level inquiries and provides customers with solutions. The VCSSA also plays a pivotal role in developing customer loyalty and driving retail traffic to the store by communicating marketing & promotional opportunities and distributing digital coupons.       For this opportunity you will fulfill the following job responsibilities & qualifications required for the role:

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Perform all daily tasks with a positive attitude and a focus on the four core company values - Respect, Help, Learn & Grow.
      • Answer customer service phone calls throughout your scheduled shift.
      • Listen to and interact with customers to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
      • Evaluate customer issues and provide actionable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
      • Drive retail traffic to the stores by collecting customers' information and providing them with digital coupons.
      • Educate customers on upcoming events, sales promotions, and other important information.
      • Meet personal and team performance goals, while participating in regular performance check-ins with your supervisor.
      • Abide by the Company Playbook, which includes all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOP's).
      • Learn new skills; assist your teammates; and complete other tasks as directed.

      QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
      • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
      • Experience working in a customer service position.
      • Experience working in a remote call center environment.
      • Ability to work quickly & efficiently while displaying a high attention to detail.
      • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices and Microsoft Office products.
      • High speed internet access and at least one HD monitor at home to work remotely.
      • Ability to multi-task.
      • Preferred qualifications (but not required) include:
      • Basic knowledge of auto parts
