What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a primary technical resource for BIM/CAD workflows
- Maintain relationships with design, project, and client teams
- Facilitate BIM process integration and adherence to BIM Execution Plan
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Assemble, and Bluebeam platforms daily
- Extract quantities from 3D models for cost tracking and assist with VDC responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing plant BIM MEP/FP Coordination
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Assemble, and Bluebeam
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Navisworks clash detection and resolution management
- Knowledge of BIM 360 Software, BMS/FM processes, and construction logistics planning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in 3D scanning and point cloud registration
- FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot
- Proficiency in Synchro 4D animation development
- Ability to create renderings, animations, and VR sessions using 3DS-Max with VRay and/or Unity
- Experience in 3D MEP modeling with Civil 3D, Revit, or similar platforms
