As part of that innovative spirit, Findorff has a dedicated BIM team that focuses on utilizing technology applications to improve construction processes and enhance collaboration. This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and development of complex drawings using BIM technology for structural, architectural, and mechanical systems.

Come join Findorff as a Virtual Design Construction Co-Op next Summer/Fall (June 2025 - December 2025).

NETWORKING:

• Technical Tour Tuesday (designed for Co-ops, Interns, and new employees to explore other job sites and learn about interesting aspects of different projects—and have tacos!)
• Visit other job sites (see projects from other sectors: Education, Science/Tech, Corporate or Healthcare)
• Offsite events (Findorff helps organize multiple events for Co-ops/Interns so you can network with other students on different projects.)

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and on a team.
• Must have some technical knowledge of BIM related software, including, but not limited to Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and/or Revit MEP, Navisworks, 3ds Max, and Sketch Up
• Open to college students pursuing an associate or undergraduate degree (traditional or nontraditional) in architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Construction-related experience and/or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience is a plus for this position.
