      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage project models for all disciplines, ensuring effective model maintenance and technical support
      - Lead internal BIM project kickoff meetings and serve as the main point of contact for project-related BIM matters
      - Organize project folders and facilitate file sharing between various disciplines and external partners
      - Coach and lead the team in the use of BIM to enhance office-wide proficiency in BIM and Revit
      - Conduct quality control for BIM-specific processes and collaborate with other Virtual Design Coordinators to maintain corporate standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent degree, or five years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the production of construction documents and models
      - Strong knowledge of Revit with an emphasis on project setup and model management
      - Proven ability to troubleshoot design software issues independently
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the production of construction documents and models beyond the required minimum
      - Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in technical plan production
      - Knowledge of practical applications of engineering science and technology
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
