What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create system drawings and sophisticated building models (BIMs) for preconstruction and construction projects
- Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on 3-D models
- Schedule project design coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Communicate with internal and external customers throughout the drafting and construction process
- Maintain file transfer protocol (FTP) for each project and upload drawing models to FTP sites

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of trade-specific experience
- Working knowledge of 3-D drafting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to detail, deadlines, and maintaining labor estimates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience performing computer-aided drafting
- Self-starter with the ability to work well individually and as part of a team
