What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create system drawings and sophisticated building models (BIMs) for preconstruction and construction projects
- Schedule project design coordination meetings with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors
- Communicate collisions with the virtual design team and assist in resolving conflicts
- Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on 3-D models
- Maintain file transfer protocol (FTP) for project documentation and updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of 3-D drafting software
- 3-5 years of trade-specific experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to detail, deadlines, and maintaining labor estimates
- High school diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience performing computer-aided drafting
- Self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement
