What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create system drawings and sophisticated building models (BIMs) for construction projects
- Schedule and conduct project design coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Communicate design collisions and assist in resolving conflicts with the virtual design team
- Perform quality assurance checks on 3-D models and ensure updates reflect as-built conditions
- Upload drawing models to file transfer protocol (FTP) sites and maintain project documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of 3-D drafting software
- 3-5 years of trade-specific experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to detail and deadlines
- High school diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience performing computer-aided drafting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in design system operation and complex design issue resolution
