      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with clients over the phone to deliver outstanding customer service and provide tailored business banking solutions
      - Assist clients with enrollment and activation of business banking products
      - Consult with clients to understand their cash flow cycle and identify cash management and fraud protection services
      - Identify personal financial goals and needs of business clients and connect them with appropriate specialists
      - Drive a positive client experience by resolving issues and addressing feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Related customer service and/or financial relations experience
      - Ability to balance client needs with firm interests
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to make sound decisions and communicate professionally
      - Client service skills, including phone queue handling

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General knowledge of core business products and services
      - Strong video conference and written communication skills
      - Ability to build relationships and influence others in a fast-paced environment
      - Understanding of business banking products and industry
