      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex and busy executive schedules effectively
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel coordination and expense reporting

      - Organize meetings and events from start to finish
      - Maintain personal action items and provide proactive status updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (experience within a BPO preferred)
      - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - High-speed wired internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar role within a BPO environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
      - Ability to handle procurement and logistics-level duties
      - Comfort with Chief of Staff level responsibilities and project management
