What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate with significant independence while maintaining timely communication with clients
- Manage client interactions and correspondence between 9 AM and 6 PM CT & ET
- Prepare and review legal documents, including engagement letters and client invoicing
- Draft form motions and assist with document preparation
- Utilize technology effectively, including cloud-based practice management software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal
- Recent experience in a law firm setting within the past six months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using cloud-based practice management systems, such as Clio
- Availability to make and respond to calls in a professional setting between 9 AM and 6 PM CT & ET

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with law firm bookkeeping software for invoicing and timekeeping
- Familiarity with e-Discovery processes
- Experience in case management
- Federal legal experience
