What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate with significant independence while managing client communications
- Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 AM and 6 PM ET
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including engagement letters and form motions
- Utilize cloud-based practice management systems to assist clients effectively
- Work as a W-2 employee with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting within the past six months
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with creating PDFs in Adobe, including features such as bookmarks
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with broadband Internet access

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using law firm bookkeeping software for invoicing and timekeeping
- Familiarity with e-Discovery and case management
- Federal experience in a legal setting
