      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Proficiency in immigration software like Docketwise and Microsoft Office
      - Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
      - Must be bilingual (Spanish required)
      - Must have a Windows laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - 3+ years of recent paralegal experience
      - Experience working remotely for 3+ years
      - Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems
      - Quiet location for phone calls
