What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Display excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette while handling calls
- Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally, identifying self and the employer
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently, including pre-registration and updates to account information
- Maintain good rapport with referring physicians and clinical site staff
- Communicate effectively with all departments and maintain composure in challenging situations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to type fluently while speaking with callers
- Ability to pre-register and schedule patients rapidly and accurately
- Provides clear written and verbal communication
- Call center or medical experience preferred
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
