What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage virtual school students in a computer lab setting, ensuring a productive learning environment
- Monitor student progress in virtual courses and analyze progress reports
- Communicate student behavior and course progress concerns to appropriate school personnel
- Assist students in the computer lab and facilitate their learning
- Collaborate with virtual teachers and communicate with parents regarding student needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 48 college hours or high school diploma/equivalent plus passing a District Assessment
- Educational Aide Certification
- Ability to effectively communicate with high school students and adults
- High level of comfort with technology and online learning environments
- Adherence to TEA and district policies and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an educational or support role with high school students
- Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in collaborating with parents and educators
