What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process for new prospects, including incoming traffic and leasing apartments
- Coordinate live virtual tours and facilitate the application process with the onsite property team
- Focus on converting leads and prospects to leases by utilizing market knowledge and property highlights
- Maintain CRM queues and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and applicants
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing leasing information and conducting virtual tours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
- Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous leasing and selling experience
- Experience using Yardi or related property management software
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Digitally advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
